Charlisa has over 22 years of Operations & Financial Management experience within the public and private sectors. She brings strong leadership and management skills, in the areas of project management, business analysis, and procurement, with a focus on generating positive revenue growth, managing and improving the efficiency of day to day operations while enhancing the business models of organizations.

With a degree in Business Management from Philadelphia University, Ms. Scott is not a stranger to interdisciplinary approaches to management and directorship.

She also serves on the board of non-profit organizations focused on the economic enhancement and growth of historically marginalized and economically deficient minority communities within the inner city.
